We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused individual to join our store as an Operations Team Member. Contract: Permanent Hours: Full-time Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working on a rota basis As an Operations Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, helping to maintain stock accuracy, product availability, and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with the wider team to ensure the store is well-presented, safe, and ready to deliver an excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities include: • Completing stock checks, gap scans, and replenishment picklists accurately and on time • Receiving deliveries and investigating any discrepancies in orders or invoices • Maintaining stock file integrity and supporting inventory accuracy • Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and legal standards (e.g. NOPS, FIAS, HACCP) • Supporting banking processes and reviewing daily reports for anomalies • Replenishing shop and yard areas to company standards • Supporting promotional activity and visual merchandising plans • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the site
