Build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering compassionate patient care Safely handle and restrain dogs, cats, and exotic patients Obtain patient histories and collect vital signs Assist with examinations and treatment plans Perform venipuncture and place intravenous catheters Administer medications (SQ and IV) Monitor patients under anesthesia Assist with surgical procedures Perform dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs Apply bandages and provide nursing care Run in-house laboratory diagnostics and obtain quality radiographs Collaborate with veterinarians and teammates to provide outstanding medical care
