About this role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, maintain, and continuously improve our computing infrastructure. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure while driving automation and operational excellence. Install, configure, maintain, and continuously improve the company's computing infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, performance, and scalability Monitor computing resources and related services, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis, and configure monitoring, alerting, and notifications. Ensure the security and compliance of the computing infrastructure by implementing security best practices, applying updates and patches, and supporting security initiatives Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation, infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and internal processes Manage IT infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, inventory, utilization optimization, and participation in budget planning Perform system administration activities, including resource management, backup and recovery on demand, and infrastructure maintenance Drive automation of routine operational tasks and contribute to infrastructure development projects to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, support knowledge sharing, continuously develop technical expertise, and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
