About this role
We're looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to join our Growth Businesses legal team, with a primary focus on Fleet projects and broader support across commercial matters. You'll work closely with business, finance, tax, and operations teams to build practical, business-oriented solutions across multiple markets. Provide legal support for Fleet projects across multiple markets: drafting and negotiating fleet partnership and service agreements, drive-to-own and leasing structures, advance-payment and financing arrangements. Draft, review, and redline a broad range of commercial contracts, templates, and policies - including partnership agreements, integration documents, MoUs, and terms of use. Provide legal advice on civil, commercial, consumer, and digital law matters. Advise on cross-border legal structuring, flagging regulatory, licensing, and tax considerations, and coordinating with local counsel where needed. Monitor relevant regulations across assigned markets and prepare clear, concise legal analysis with practical recommendations. Support the development of reusable legal templates, checklists, and internal standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional and global projects.
