As a Senior Technical Recruiter — SG&A at Impulse , you will own full-cycle recruiting for the teams that power company operations, including Finance, People, Legal, Supply Chain, Business Operations, IT, and other corporate functions. You will partner closely with leadership to define hiring strategy, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires in a fast-moving hardware environment. Own full-cycle recruiting for SG&A roles, including Finance, HR/People, Legal, Supply Chain, Program Management, IT, and business operations functions Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role scope, hiring strategy, and candidate profiles aligned with company growth plans Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market mapping Drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes from intake through offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience Advise leadership on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring risks Improve recruiting infrastructure, interview processes, and hiring workflows to support Impulse scaling
