Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure visual communications are compelling, consistent, and aligned with business goals. What you will be doing: Develops and produces visual communications that support marketing, sales, employee engagement, and corporate initiatives. Designs print and digital materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, signage, trade show graphics, and other branded assets. Creates content for websites, social media, email campaigns, digital displays, and intranet platforms. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop creative solutions that support business objectives. Ensures brand consistency and quality across all communications. Manages multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines and business needs. Uses project management software to track requests, approvals, and timelines. Maintains digital asset libraries, templates, photography, and brand resources. Prepares and reviews files for print and digital production. Coordinates with printers, vendors, and external partners to ensure quality and cost-effective execution. Stays current on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Performs other related duties as assigned.
