Are you a competent and multiskilled Maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative to be part of a multi-skilled team, providing property maintenance and repair to our care homes plus other areas of the business. You will work as a part of an integral team, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance and repair procedures such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, basic electrics and gardening skills. We are looking for someone who is happy and confident to carry out a range of works, maintenance and property upkeep across the Grantham and surrounding area. Who we are? Completion of any other maintenance tasks as and when required, working with the wider maintenance team across our homes. Adhering to all health and safety regulations and reporting any issues to management. The successful candidate must be willing to work one Saturday every 6 weeks.
