Summary This position will assist and report to the Quality Assurance Lead Coordinator with the daily requirements of overseeing all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures from a federal, state, and local municipality. The candidate will verify quality control, procedures, documentation, solve QA|QC issues, and assist with compliance agencies through internal audits of Cotton Logistics and Culinary job sites. Conduct internal audits for projects, company facilities, and assets. Review and recognize deviations in internal audits. Develop onsite training programs to mitigate compliance concerns. Develop, maintain, and update all records, manuals, training procedures on multiple locations. Provide insights on jobsites to identify, evaluation, and control of hazards. Complete site walk throughs with clientele, government agencies, contractors, and other operational entities. Regularly monitor and assess quality control processes. Document and report any quality related problems. Communicate with operations regarding quality concerns. Collaborate with cross functional QA team to address and resolve quality issues. Be available during specified on-call periods to address urgent quality issues that may arise outside regular working hours.
