As part of the Transfer Pricing team, you will work with multinational groups to help them manage transfer pricing requirements, comply with evolving tax regulations and support their international business strategies. You will gain exposure to a broad range of clients and industries while developing technical, analytical and commercial skills through a combination of hands-on experience, structured training and professional qualification support. Working alongside experienced tax professionals, you will contribute to client engagements involving transfer pricing planning, documentation, compliance and dispute resolution matters. As a Graduate Transfer Pricing Consultant within the Transfer Pricing team, you will support the delivery of transfer pricing services to multinational clients. You will assist in advising businesses on OECD-aligned transfer pricing matters, helping clients manage compliance obligations, documentation requirements and tax authority expectations. You will contribute to the preparation of high-quality transfer pricing analyses and reports that support clients' intercompany pricing arrangements, risk positions and operating models. Key Responsibilities As part of the Transfer Pricing team, you will: Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing reports, including functional analyses, industry reviews and value chain assessments. Perform economic and benchmarking analyses, including comparable company searches, financial data reviews and profit margin testing using specialist databases and internal tools. Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files and other compliance deliverables. Review and summarise intercompany agreements and assist in assessing alignment between contractual arrangements, operating models and transfer pricing policies. Contribute to responses to tax authority enquiries, audits and controversy matters through research, information gathering and preparation of technical documentation. Build and maintain client-ready financial models, calculations and analyses using Excel. Assist in the preparation of presentations and client communications using PowerPoint and other reporting tools. Conduct research on Irish and international transfer pricing developments, including OECD guidance, legislative changes and emerging tax trends. Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Tax, International Tax, Indirect Tax and other advisory teams to deliver integrated client solutions. Support project management activities, including tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation and meeting client deadlines. Participate in internal training programmes and technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
