Coaching & Programme Delivery Plan, lead and deliver high-quality rugby coaching sessions aligned with RFU principles, developing technical, tactical, physical, and psychosocial aspects of performance. Deliver sessions in line with long-term player development models and ensure a positive, inclusive learning environment. Coach on match days and provide appropriate feedback to players. Evaluate coaching sessions to ensure continuous improvement and inclusivity. Prepare and manage matchday logistics including fixtures, kit, and equipment. Submit fixture results and player data in line with league or competition requirements. Write short match reports for marketing and promotion purposes. Support coaching delivery within the Bath Rugby Academy as directed by the Head of Academy (Bath Rugby) and Director of Sports Academies (Bath College).
