About this role
We are building a new, data-focused team and are looking for experienced Data Analysts who are passionate about Data to come work with us. In this role, you will quickly interpret and validate data, identify key trends & drivers, and clearly present findings to the broader team. The ideal candidate is inquisitive, detail-oriented, and highly analytical, with hands-on Excel and SQL skills. Ultimately, the Data Analyst must thrive on ‘being in the data’ and partner closely with Data Stewards and Data Engineering to ensure data is well understood, well governed, and processed reliably at scale. Exploratory Data Analysis of structured and unstructured datasets Extensive Data Profiling using Excel, SQL and bespoke tools Segmentation, anomaly/outlier detection, trending analysis Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources Present findings in plain language, including limitations and confidence levels Support Data Stewards with Data Discovery & Insights Support Data Engineering in the onboarding/integration of new datasets Ensure proper handling of sensitive data (PII)
