1. 全相檢驗。 2. 維氏硬度檢測。 3. 化學成份分析(XRF)。 4. 粉末性能檢測。 5. 碳化鎢性能檢測。 6. 使用檢測儀器、測量儀器相關操作工作。 7. 配合產線進行製程巡檢，核對生產規範，並詳實記錄各項品管數據於報表中。 8. 異常狀況回報及追蹤不合格品，進行基礎分類與貼標，並即時將品質異狀回報給部門主管。 9. 主管交辦事項
