Job Description: The Client Executive Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to raise funds in the capital markets and provide clients with strategic advisory services in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The role partners across Institutional Banking to understand client needs, deliver strategic solutions, and drive cross-selling opportunities. This leader ensures strong governance and control by working closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Finance, while promoting a culture of responsible finance, ethical conduct, and effective supervision. The position requires sound risk-based decision making, adherence to all policies and licensing requirements, and transparent management of control issues to safeguard Citi’s reputation, clients, and assets.
