Job summary Are you looking to develop your leadership skills within the 0 -19 service and gain experience of working more strategically in the planning and delivery of 0 -19 services? You will have full operational and line management responsibility for staff within a team to include all line management responsibilities including managing absence, service priorities, completing PDRs, budget management, and of course monitoring team performance against KPIs. Partnership working is an integral part of this role and you will meet with other system leads (eg. EH leads for your area) as well have opportunities to attend contract meetings and other workstream groups to improve outcomes for children.
