Devon Partnership NHS Trust is looking for 2 motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Administrators to join our friendly and supportive team at Haydon's Court in Honiton.
We have 2 posts available:
1 x Permanent1 x Fixed term (9 months maternity cover)

Main duties of the job
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our service. You will be the first point of telephone contact for clients and professionals, so a polite, confident, and professional telephone manner is essential.
You will be experienced in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel. Day to day, you will work from a shared email inbox, managing and prioritising tasks such as processing referrals, preparing letters, booking rooms, and uploading documents and information onto our patient record system.
The role also involves minuting professional meetings, both face to face and via MS Teams, ensuring accurate and timely records are produced.
This varied role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexibly in a busy environment.

Analytical and Organisational Skills Essential

Knowledge and skills Essential

Experience Essential
Please provide examples to demonstrate the following criteria: Excellent organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change when required. Previous experience of working within an administrative team. Experience of dealing with confidential and complex information.
Desirable
Please provide examples to demonstrate the following criteria: Previous experience of working in a Healthcare or Social Care administrative setting. Ability to take accurate formal and informal minutes.
Qualifications Essential
Business Administration Level 3 / T Level qualification in Management and Administration or equivalent experience. GCSE English or equivalent. Evidence of continuing professional and personal development.
Desirable
ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) or equivalent experience.
