We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define how the data moves, lives, and performs across Iterable. You’ll own the vision and roadmap for the full data lifecycle, from ingestion to intelligent storage to governed, high-performance access.
You’ll shape the systems that power both messaging surfaces and Nova AI experiences, ensuring data is fast, reliable, and ready for real-time decisioning.

How you'll make an impact:You will:
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data platform, enabling scalable, reliable, and AI-ready data infrastructure.
Build products that simplify the ingestion, transformation, governance, and activation of data across the platform.
Drive the evolution of our data architecture to support real-time processing, analytics, AI, and personalization at scale.
Establish a strong product strategy for data governance, quality, metadata, observability, and platform reliability.
In this role, you’ll get toWork at the heart of Iterable’s data plane—where decisions about ingestion, storage, schema, and queries shape everything built on top of it.
Define and evolve the long-term strategy for Iterable’s Data connectivity, balancing innovation with stability.
Make informed tradeoffs between parity, platform consistency, and differentiated innovation.
Be the unwavering internal "voice of the customer."
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other PMs to ship outstanding products.
Understand customer personas and use cases to define precise product requirements and deliver new features and enhancements.
Develop comprehensive use cases and determine product specifications to launch new features and enhancements.
Maintain thorough documentation of customer needs and product functionality.
Research industry trends to uncover innovative product features and opportunities.
We Are Looking for People Who Have:Experience operating as a Senior Product Manager owning a technically complex, customer-facing data products/platform (e.g., data connectivity, data orchestration, data transforms).
Experience building data platforms, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and APIs that enable analytics, AI, and product experiences.
Experience with cloud data ecosystems such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar platforms
Familiarity with data modeling, metadata management, data catalogs, lineage, and data quality frameworks
Ability to balance platform investments with customer-facing outcomes, driving adoption across multiple product teams.
Experience using product metrics and customer feedback to drive platform adoption, reliability, and developer productivity.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence engineering, design, GTM, and executive leadership.

The base salary range for this position in Lisbon, Portugal, is €60,000 – €75,000 per year (gross). This range is provided in anticipation of the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970), which EU member states are implementing into national law, and reflects the expected compensation at the start of employment for this role. The final offer will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, and performance throughout the selection process, while also ensuring alignment with our internal equity principles.
