About this role
The iconic Hotel Cipriani, a Belmond Hotel, Venice is recruiting a talented and motivated F&B Manager to oversee and enhance the entire Food and Beverage division of the hotel, including the kitchen.
This is a permanent full-time position due to start during the very first few months of next year (2026).
The F&B Manager reports directly to the Hotel’s General Manager.
As F&B Manager at Hotel Cipriani you will be responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of eight venues: the restaurants Cip’s Club and Il Porticciolo, the Michelin-starred Oro Restaurant, the Bar Gabbiano and Bacaro Dior, the Breakfast, Rooms Service, and Banqueting departments.
Main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Supervise daily operations of all F&B venues. Monitor guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Supervise recruitment, lead talent development and performance management, suggest training necessities. Manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasts. Develop new F&B strategies to keep on improving quality and guest satisfaction while monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Provide leadership, vision, and direction in a period when many of the F&B venues will undergo a full renovation project. Always ensure the execution of the Leading Quality Assurance standards and action plans for improvements when necessary. Requirements
Our requirements for this position are:
Extensive experience in F&B leadership roles, international experience within luxury hotels or resorts is a plus. Demonstrated success in managing high-quality F&B venues. Italian speaking is a must as fluency in English; a good knowledge of French will be beneficial. Ability to lead, support, and motivate the team in a period of renovation. Strong guest service orientation. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Remarkable problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and budgeting.Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy at the moment of application.
