The Experience Curator at Belmond is a pivotal role designed to enhance the guest experience by providing personalized and efficient digital services. In this position, you will be at the forefront of our guest interaction, assisting them before, during, and after their stay through various online platforms and communication channels.
Main responsibilities include:
Managing and responding to guest inquiries through email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.Providing detailed information about hotel services, local attractions, and personalized recommendations to enhance guests' experiences.Assisting guests with reservations for dining, transportation, and activities, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail.Monitoring feedback and reviews, addressing any concerns promptly to uphold our brand's reputation.Collaborating with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and communication between guests and staff.Continuously updating and improving the digital interface and available services based on guest preferences and feedback.Creating engaging content to inform and inspire guests through our digital channels.Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a guest services role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting. Strong digital communication skills with proficiency in various online messaging platforms and social media. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen to and respond appropriately to guest needs. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
