Job summary
We are looking for a passionate nurse to join our team. We aim to deliver high quality evidence-based care within our Paediatric Departments. This post offers the opportunity to develop clinical, decision making and leadership skills in a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment whilst providing care to Children and Young people across the age range with a variety of illnesses and conditions including mental health, trauma, minor injuries and critically unwell children.
This is a Fixed Term contract for up to 12 months

NMC Registered Nurse (Child Branch) or Newly Qualified Nurse Awaiting Registration

Relevant teaching qualification Basic Life Support
Experience and Knowledge Essential
Evidence of continuous professional development linked to demonstrable competencies Willingness to undertake EPALS

Experience in acute paediatric setting EPALS ILS Experience of mentorship / preceptorship
