The Role: Minted is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist II to champion the technical needs of our growing business. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for our corporate team, dedicated to delivering a world-class support experience. You will proactively triage and troubleshoot technical issues, acting as a vital conduit to the broader IT team to ensure swift resolution. Beyond day-to-day helpdesk operations, you will manage high-volume provisioning of macOS and Windows systems via NinjaOne, while leveraging SSO and identity management across Okta and Google Workspace.
