Position Summary As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while educating homeowners on their equipment and recommending solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, hydronic systems, and other HVAC equipment. Perform annual maintenance and preventative service on residential heating and cooling systems. Educate homeowners on system operation, preventative maintenance, and energy-saving recommendations. Present repair and replacement options while identifying opportunities to recommend additional services, products, and maintenance plans. Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations in ServiceTitan. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency service. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance. Remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and business needs.
What We're Looking For
Previous residential HVAC service experience required. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Experience servicing air conditioners, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic systems. Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners. ServiceTitan experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work safely on ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
