What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Clearly explain findings and recommendations to homeowners Recommend repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow all safety standards
What We're Looking For
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills ServiceTitan experience is a plus
