At Match Group, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a Sr. People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leaders across the E&E Vancouver Studio, including Plenty of Fish, The League, and Finance. This role is deeply embedded in the business, shaping culture, enabling leadership effectiveness, and driving people strategies that support growth, engagement, and long-term success.
You will partner closely with E&E People leadership, People COEs, and the Match Group Central People team to deliver both studio-specific and E&E-wide people initiatives. This role is based in Vancouver and is expected to have a strong in-office presence (Tues-Thurs) to support leaders and employees alike.
