We are looking for an experienced Mechatronics Technician to take charge of building robotic production units and managing the daily operations of our workshop. Your role combines technical expertise with practical execution: you understand how systems work inside out, process and produce the necessary components, assemble machines, and ensure that materials, inventory, and production plans are always under control. As a fast-growing startup, our work pace is fast and the environment is dynamic. We are looking for someone who doesn’t get stressed when all the information isn't handed to them on a silver platter, but rather sees it as an exciting challenge. Your strength lies in finding missing pieces independently, creating systems, and managing your own time and work. System Assembly & Quality Control: Mechanical and electrical assembly of CNC and robotic systems according to technical documentation and schematics, ensuring step-by-step quality control at every stage of the build. Component Manufacturing & Drawing Handling: Reading CAD drawings (making minor modifications if necessary), cutting profiles, and manufacturing components on CNC machines and 3D printers. Workshop Organization: Drafting production plans, planning workflows, and maintaining a smooth operational flow in a fast-paced environment. Inventory & Tool Management: Monitoring the condition and wear of tools and accessories (e.g., cutting blades/bits), keeping actual inventory levels up to date in the system, and reporting material and component needs in a timely manner. Logistics & Workshop Upkeep: Receiving incoming goods (including forklift operation when needed), securely packaging finished equipment for transport, and maintaining exemplary workshop organization and cleanliness. You are a hands-on craftsman who genuinely enjoys building machines and is ready to take responsibility for workshop maintenance, inventory, and production rhythm. Independence: Ability to stay calm in ambiguous situations, proactively gather necessary information, and drive tasks to completion without step-by-step guidance. Organizational Skills: A structured mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and keep the workshop running smoothly. Practical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments; forklift driving experience (or readiness to learn). Lean Mindset: Experience with lean manufacturing principles and a desire to maintain a clean, efficient production environment. Language Skills: Conversational English (our primary working language).
