About this role
Specialized in international CBD Work tasks: - Develop and implement the company’s overall business strategy and annual operational plans, ensuring alignment with long‑term development objectives and the cross‑border business focus between Asia (including China) and European countries, including Estonia. - Oversee the company’s daily operations in Estonia, covering financial management, compliance governance, and cooperation within an international team. - Lead business expansion, partner negotiations, and project execution in the Estonian and European markets, while ensuring continuous collaboration with Chinese stakeholders and supply chains. - Represent the company in external communications with Estonian government authorities, industry associations, and business partners. - Prepare the annual budget and investment plans and monitor the achievement of financial indicators and business targets. - Manage global intellectual property registration, protection, and commercialization (e.g., patent registration and licensing in Asia and the European Union; global business expansion in the fields of product development, manufacturing, and sales for medical device factories and pharmaceutical manufacturers). Two to three months before each expiration date, the employer will discuss renewing the contract for another year with the employee based on actual business needs; renewal is only possible upon mutual agreement. Other requirements: A bachelor’s degree in law, pharmacy, or medicine is required. Candidates who have published research articles related to the company’s core business direction in nationally authoritative academic journals in the fields of pharmaceuticals and medicine are preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage, as the role requires frequent and substantive cooperation with suppliers and market teams in Asian Hong Kong and Mainland China.
