Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie x 3 sought for well-established restaurant at Baozi Limited trading as the Big Fan, 16 Aungier Street, Dublin 2. Candidate Requirements: Key responsibilities will include: Producing high quality meals from fresh ingredient, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full-time role. Minimum of two years relevant experience. Hours per week: 39 hours.
