Location: Poolbeg Ringsend Dublin 4 Salary: Depending on Experience Contract: Full-time As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of the Club Members experience, crafting drinks with care and adding to the warm, professional atmosphere that makes Poolbeg Yacht & Boat Club special. You will work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service and memorable moments for every guest/Member. Responsibilities include: Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages to the highest standards Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar Communicating effectively with floor Staff and Manager Following all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines The Ideal Bartender: Friendly, professional, and service-driven Experienced in knowledgeable about wines and spirits 1-2+ years experience in a similar role Reliable, efficient, and calm under pressure Strong communicators in English Available for evening shifts Ready to Join Us?
