About this role

Main duties include: • Strategic project planning and execution • Business process analysis and optimization • Requirements gathering and solution design • KPI development and performance reporting • Financial and operational analysis • Risk and change management • Cross-functional team leadership • International stakeholder engagement • CRM/ERP implementation and systems integration • Data-driven decision-making • Executive reporting and presentations • Continuous improvement and operational excellence Requirements • Previous Project Management experience working in an international organisation • Good level of English and fluency in another European language • Strong financial acumen • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement strategic initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce cost and support operational growth. • Good working knowledge of project planning & delivery, budget development & cost development and resource planning & allocation • Background or experience in operations and data analysis
