The Charity Shop Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, maximising sales and donations, managing volunteers and staff, maintaining high merchandising and housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with all organisational policies and procedures. The role plays a vital part in generating income to support the charity's services while promoting sustainability through the reuse and recycling of donated goods.
