Chef de Partie is required to work at McDonnell Hospitality Limited, located at Honey Truffle, 45 Pearse Street, Dublin 2. The candidate must have at least two years of experience as a Chef de Partie. Responsibilities include preparing meal ingredients, handling incoming deliveries, monitoring inventory of restaurant supplies, performing basic cleaning duties, preparing, plating, and presenting meals, overseeing kitchen opening and closing, and other related tasks as directed by management and the Head Chef.
