Du bist die Stimme des Kunden bei Krošlák — und die Stimme von Krošlák beim Kunden. Die Produkte im Detail kennen. Konstruktionen, Materialien, Kosten. Wenn ein neues Modell entsteht — Prototypen, Bemusterung, Komforttests — bringst du die Perspektive des Kunden und eigene Ideen ein. Eigeninitiative wird erwartet, ebenso wie die Verantwortung für die Entwicklungsprojekte deiner Kunden. Das Sourcing für deine Produkte mitsteuern. Stoffe, Schäume, Beschläge, Komponenten: Du kennst die Optionen, stimmst dich mit unserem Einkaufsteam ab und gestaltest aktiv mit, was in die Möbel kommt, die du verkaufst. Kopf frei für das Wesentliche. Unsere internen IT-/KI-Tools übernehmen Reporting, Account-Analysen und Datenroutine — deine Zeit fließt in Kunden, Produkte und Urteilsvermögen. A portfolio of European brands and Slovak B2B customers: quotations, negotiations, order planning and fulfilment. You are the customer's person at Krošlák — and Krošlák's person at the customer. Know the products in detail. Constructions, materials, costs. You'll learn to read and challenge product calculations — if upholstery is new to you, we'll teach you our system. Be a regular presence in R&D. When a new model is born — prototyping, sampling, comfort testing — you bring the customer's voice and your own ideas. Initiative is expected, as is ownership of the development projects for your customers. Direct sourcing for your products. Fabrics, foams, mechanisms, components: you'll understand the options, consult our sourcing team, and actively shape what goes into the furniture you sell. Focus on judgement, not admin. Our internal IT/AI tools take over reporting, account intelligence and data routine, so your time goes into customers, products and judgement. You'll also help us keep redesigning how a modern sales workflow should look. The better your accounts do, the better you do. Flexible on hours: full-time, or part-time at 4–6 hours a day — whichever fits the right person.
