Internship: min 4 months to 6 months

Location: Paris (on-site)

Role Overview You will support daily IT operations with a strong focus on hardware and workplace IT. This includes end-user devices, IT stock management, and maintenance of office equipment such as video conferencing rooms.

You will contribute to the IT team’s activities and learn how to operate IT in a fast-growing international environment. This role is hands-on and focused on execution, with opportunities to progressively contribute to improvements and automation.

Responsibilities End-User Support

Provide first-line support for hardware, workplace IT and basic laptop software issues

Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals and common user problems

Assist employees with day-to-day IT needs in the office

Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes (device preparation, user assistance)

Hardware & Asset Management

Manage IT equipment lifecycle (preparation, wipe, cleaning, recycling, resale) Track and maintain accurate inventory of devices

Organize stock and ensure devices are ready to use

Support procurement and logistics when needed

MDM (Device Management)

Contribute to the administration of the MDM solution (JumpCloud)

Organize and build device groups and policies

Perform daily MDM tasks (enrollment, checks, basic troubleshooting, reporting)

Help maintain and improve device configuration standards

Workplace IT & Office Equipment

Maintain and support meeting room equipment (video conferencing, cabling, screens, audio)

Troubleshoot meeting room issues (connectivity, audio/video)

Ensure office IT setup is functional (desks, printers, basic network access)

Continuous Improvement & Automation

Contribute to improving IT processes and user experience

Document simple procedures, configuration and user guides

Help maintain application installation scripts

Contribute to small automation tasks (based on your technical level)

Support the rollout of new IT tools and solutions

Profile

Student in IT or technical field

Comfortable with everyday IT tools and environments

Strong willingness to help users and good communication skills

Dynamic, autonomous, and reliable

Curious, organized, and motivated to learn

Interest in hardware troubleshooting and workplace IT

At ease in spoken and written English

Bonus

Basic understanding of MDM tools (JumpCloud or equivalent)

Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell)

Interest in IT security topics
