Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise and motivate the butler team to ensure exceptional service delivery that exceeds guest expectations.Manage the daily operations of the butler service, including scheduling, task assignment, and workflow management.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff skills, knowledge, and product offerings.Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently, maintaining the organization's exemplary service standards.Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.Maintain strong communication with guests to anticipate their needs and preferences.Requirements
Previous experience as a Butler or in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment.In-depth knowledge of butler services and standards.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire a team.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Passion for delivering extraordinary customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.Benefits
