About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. This person will play a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality hiring experience by owning scheduling, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and assisting with hiring logistics.
You’ll help strengthen how we hire by improving coordination processes, maintaining high data quality, and creating thoughtful, well-run experiences for both candidates and interviewers. The ideal candidate is proactive, systems-minded, and energized by creating clarity and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Where you’ll work: This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is based in New York.
