You will work closely with tax specialists across Luxembourg and the PwC network to help international clients assess tax risk, structure investments and navigate cross-border tax challenges What your role will look like As an Associate, you will contribute to international tax advisory projects for a diverse portfolio of clients investing in or through Luxembourg. Your work will help clients understand tax risks, apply international tax principles and make informed decisions throughout their business lifecycle. This section focuses on outcomes and impact rather than task execution, in line with PwC's JD guidelines. • Advise international clients on tax aspects of corporate structures, transactions and business changes including set-ups, mergers, acquisitions and new product launches. • Analyse Luxembourg and international tax legislation to provide practical, business-focused recommendations. • Assess the application of domestic rules, double tax treaties and international tax frameworks to support client investments. • Contribute to the development of investment solutions that help clients manage tax leakage and mitigate tax risk exposure. • Collaborate with PwC teams across jurisdictions to support multinational clients and coordinate cross-border tax matters. • Work with specialists from VAT, Transfer Pricing and other disciplines to deliver integrated tax opinions and client solutions. • Support the continuous improvement of tools, methodologies and processes that respond to evolving tax and regulatory developments. The skills you bring • Master's degree in Tax Law, Business Law, or Economics with additional education in Tax Law. • First experience in taxation, law, or a related field is required. • Strong interest in international corporate taxation. • Microsoft Excel: Proficient / Independent use. • English: Fluent English required.
