Jobomschrijving The Digital Marketing - Real Estate Sector will have the following responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic marketing plans Generate qualified leads for the sales team Manage communication on social media Collaborate with external partners for content creation (copywriters, press agencies, etc.) Design and launch marketing events Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide detailed reports to optimize future initiatives Contribute to the development of a mobile application in the long term 5+ years of marketing experience Passion for real estate Proven success in lead generation and B2C sales Proficiency in CRM systems Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills Expertise in digital marketing, particularly SEA and SEO Dutch native, fluent in French
