Our client is a leading independent Belgian full-service law firm based in Brussels, advising both national and international companies across a broad range of legal matters, transactions, and disputes.. Jobomschrijving Advise Belgian and international clients on individual and collective employment law matters. Handle complex employment-related projects, including: Collective dismissals Employment regulations and policies Cross-border employment issues Service agreements Employment litigation Social law implications of restructurings, insolvencies, and corporate transactions Support clients involved in mergers and acquisitions from an employment law perspective. Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documentation. Work closely with senior lawyers, Counsel, and partners while progressively taking ownership of files. Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to clients across multiple sectors. Qualified Belgian lawyer. Minimum 4 years of experience in Employment/Labour Law, ideally gained in a recognized law firm. Strong command of Dutch, with professional fluency in French and English. Excellent drafting and analytical skills. Pragmatic, solution-driven, and client-focused mindset. Autonomous, confident, and able to express ideas proactively. Entrepreneurial attitude demonstrated through professional, academic, or extracurricular initiatives. International exposure or an additional relevant master's degree is considered a plus. Team player who thrives in a collaborative and non-competitive culture.
