Hotel Manager Job Description Your responsibilities will also include the following: - As Hotel Manager, you will represent The Cloud One Hotels brand by delivering the unique "Let's Celebrate Life Experience" to our guests and team. - In your role, you will be responsible for selecting, leading and supporting the team throughout the opening, with a main focus on training and development. - Together with colleagues of the Motel One Group, you will be involved in the conception and organisation of events and activations, F&B concepts and the development of relationships with local creatives, businesses and partnerships. - You will be responsible for organising, coordinating and controlling all operational and administrative departments as well as ensuring and implementing service standards. - You will be responsible for achieving the turnover targets and adhering to the cost budget as well as carrying out weekly, monthly and annual financial statements. Qualifications - Qualifications - You have a degree in hospitality or a similar field and have already gained at least 5 years experience in a similar position. Ideally, you also have experience in the field of events and F&B. - You have proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop your team. - You are well acquainted with the hospitality industry in Brussels and have experience in lifestyle and large-scale hotel operations. - You know the trends, local scene locations and styles in your city and are cosmopolitan and open-minded at the same time. - You have a passion for hospitality and practise it together with your team in direct guest contact. - You are familiar with both strategic and everyday details. You bring entrepreneurial thinking, organisational skills, assertiveness in combination with a strong commercial mindset to the table. - You have a very open and communicative manner bringing in a wide network and easy to connect with the local Brussels scene.
