Construction Planner (Petrochemical) SThree Antwerp, Flemish Region, Belgium (On-site) Construction Planner (Petrochemical Industry)⚗️ For a major industrial investment project within the petrochemical sector, we are looking for an experienced Construction Planner🚧👷 ♀️ to join a large-scale project team. Your Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and continuously improve project planning and scheduling systems. Build and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera. Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and mitigation measures. Support Construction Managers with planning expertise and schedule recommendations. Collaborate closely with commissioning teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to start-up and operations. Monitor schedule performance and provide regular progress reporting to management. Evaluate planning data and recommend corrective actions when required. Participate in schedule risk analyses and forecasting activities. Contribute to consolidated project reports, forecasts, and management presentations. Capture and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement. Develop and maintain reporting tools and planning dashboards for project stakeholders. Your Profile ✅ Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related discipline. ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial sector. ✅ Experience working on large-scale or mega projects. ✅ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6. ✅ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. ✅ Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken. ✅Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. ✅Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary project environment. 📍 Location: Antwerp Region 🌐 Languages: Dutch & English (mandatory) -
