Jobomschrijving Real Estate & Transactions Draft and negotiate real estate contracts (leases, sales, partnerships, construction, etc.) Support acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets Structure transactions and manage due diligence processes Coordinate and manage external legal counsel Project & Business Support Advise project developers and country directors on legal aspects Support development projects from structuring to execution Participate in bidding processes and project set-ups Corporate & Additional Exposure Handle corporate structuring and housekeeping Draft shareholders' agreements and manage SPVs Contribute to compliance and internal legal organization if interested Litigation Manage disputes and liaise with external counsel Master's degree in Law (Belgian university) Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate law (law firm, developer or similar) Strong experience in real estate transactions, contracting Exposure to corporate law Languages Fluent French (deal language) Strong English (corporate environment) Personal Skills Autonomous and proactive Strong team player with collaborative mindset Pragmatic, business-oriented and detail-focused Able to interact with senior stakeholders High ethical standards and professional integrity
