Support the development of commercial activities while maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Lead and coach operational teams, fostering employee engagement, talent development, and a positive working environment. Ensure compliance with transport regulations, health & safety standards, labour legislation, and internal policies. Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Proven experience coordinating operations within the transport, logistics, or industrial sector. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities. Commercial awareness and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Solid understanding of operational processes, performance management, and regulatory requirements. Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
