Aufgabenbereiche Your new challenge at our site in Eigeltingen: - Deploy global, Pharma and Corporate category strategies locally, ensuring alignment while adapting to site constraints - Ensure effective sourcing and supplier management at site level, supporting operational performance, cost control and service continuity - Own site-specific categories not managed globally and contribute to cross-site coordination - Independently manage site-specific purchasing categories - Select, develop, and manage suppliers while ensuring sustainable supplier performance - Conduct price and contract negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities - Support sourcing activities for CAPEX and site projects, ensuring supplier readiness and alignment with project requirements - Ensure supply and service continuity while actively managing procurement risks - Collaborate with international procurement and functional teams to standardize and optimize processes - Ensure visibility of site performance and contribute to reporting towards site and Pharma Purchasing leadership Anforderungsprofil Your profile: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in strategic and/or indirect procurement within a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of CAPEX procurement, services sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations - Strong cost management and negotiation capabilities - Experience in supporting investment and change management projects - Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style - Confident presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in an international and matrix organization environment is an advantage - Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory requirement) - Willingness to take regular business trips and to be physically present at the Radolfzell location on a regular basis Leistungen & Benefits Benefits: - Professional development and career planning - Flexible working hours and 30 vacation days - Employee profit-sharing - Special financial benefits including employee health and fitness program, employee discounts, company pension scheme, canteen meals - Employee events Bewerbung & Kontakt Application: Apply to the world market leader: www.aptar.com/careers Your submitted personal data will only be processed within the context of its intended purpose and will be deleted after 6 months at the latest.
