Recruiter (m/f/d) Job in the Semiconductor Industry! To support our client, a global leader in semiconductor industry , we are looking for a Technical Recruiter (m/f/d) to join the team in Munich / München on a full-time, 18-month temporary assignment via employee leasing ( Arbeitnehmerüberlassung ). Your responsibilities Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management Developing and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract highly qualified technical professionals Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance Identifying and engaging top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, technologies, and professional networks Delivering an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process Building and maintaining sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Collaborating with HR teams, business stakeholders, and external recruitment partners Monitoring recruiting KPIs and using data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and efficiency Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines Your Profile Bachelor in HR Management , Business Administration or Recruiting At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition , Technical Recruiting or Staffing , ideally within an international environment Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical or engineering positions Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels Excellent sourcing capabilities using modern recruiting tools , technologies and professional networks Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2) are required, Italian language skills are an asset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment What We Offer An exciting 18-month contract assignment with one of the world's leading semiconductor technology companies The opportunity to work in an innovative, international and collaborative environment A challenging role with the chance to recruit highly skilled technical professionals Close support and guidance from our recruitment team throughout your assignment A modern workplace in Munich with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a global organization Your Contact PersoN Alexandra Wegner Head of Department 089 242166 -35 [email protected] PERMACON GmbH Schleißheimer Straße 4 80333 München
