What you will do with us - Drive the conceptual direction and strategic evolution of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape. - Analyze requirements from business departments and IT, develop sustainable solution concepts, and advise stakeholders on functional and procedural topics. - Optimize core IAM processes and ensure their efficient implementation across our enterprise applications. - Design technical and functional solution concepts while taking existing architectures, interfaces, and adjacent IT disciplines into account. - Play a central role in driving complex IAM initiatives forward, working in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. - Shape our ongoing IAM transformation by steering the retirement of our existing SAP Identity Management solution and co-designing the future target architecture. - Bring your expertise into cross-functional discussions, set impulses for best practices, and support the team with complex challenges. What you will bring with you - A university degree with a focus on Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or a comparable professional qualification forms your theoretical foundation. - You have several years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management as well as requirements management for complex IT and business processes. - A profound understanding of integrated business processes and their technical mapping in enterprise applications is part of your toolkit. - Practical experience operating and ideally configuring modern IAM solutions, preferably Microsoft Entra ID, has already been demonstrated by you. - Proven experience in analyzing, modeling, documenting, and optimizing processes belongs to your core skillset. - A strong understanding of the alignment between business departments, IT, and overall business strategy brings your profile to a senior level. - You bring experience in steering complex initiatives as well as collaborating with diverse stakeholders and external partners. - Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a high degree of self-initiative and a solution-oriented mindset belong to your central strengths. - Very good communication skills and the ability to persuasively represent and advocate functional topics characterize you. - Fluency in English and German (both written and verbal) is essential to operate effectively in our environment.
