About the Role:
• Perform planned, reactive, and project-based maintenance on-site.
• Carry out urgent, routine, and ad-hoc repairs and inspections as directed.
• Work autonomously on assigned tasks and collaborate on larger projects.
• Complete PRA and Job Safety Analysis prior to commencing work.
• Liaise with stakeholders and office staff to ensure minimal service disruption.
• Maintain high standards across KPIs, safety, compliance, and reporting.
• Submit work reports within 1 business day of completion.
About You:
• Hold an A Grade Electrical Licence with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance.
• Skilled in fault finding, diagnostics, and building services.
• Possess a Construction Card and Driver’s Licence.
• Cabling registration and Working with Children Check (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Electrical Standards and OH&S protocols.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
