CuraScript SD by Evernorth is seeking a detail oriented and analytical Lead Analyst to join its Data Integrity team. The Lead Analyst will be central to ensuring data accuracy, consistency and accessibility to the organization as it relates to master data domains. Responsibilities include executing changes in an accurate and timely manner to master data in collaboration with the business. This includes coordination of master data setup, validation and periodic maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage master data creation, updates and deletions within SAP & Tracelink
• Troubleshoot master data management issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems
• Analyze, cleanse and enrich master data elements ensuring efficient and consistent data flow between users and stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent use of data
• Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation
• Conduct periodic data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas
Skills:
• Confidently navigate SAP & Tracelink environments to locate, validate and manage master data
• Excellent data management skills with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data visualization) to analyze and summarize data
• Possess analytical mindset with proven ability to develop effective solutions
• Able to efficiently prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous in reviewing data for correctness, spotting discrepancies and ensuring data quality
• Ability to collaborate effectively amongst own team as well as cross functional teams
• Aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new skills, technologies and processes
• Concise written and verbal skills with ability to communicate effectively across different functions of the organization
Overall Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related field
• 3+ years hands on master data management experience
• Proven experience working with large data sets including cleansing and validation
• Proficient in data quality principles, data accuracy metrics and best practices for maintaining data integrity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 82,200 - 137,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
