Profile: The Stock Controller plays a key role within the boutique, ensuring accurate inventory management and supporting the overall efficiency of store operations. Acting as a trusted partner to both the sales team and retail management, this position helps maintain optimal stock availability while delivering the high operational standards expected in a luxury retail environment. Role Responsibilities:
• Manage the receipt, verification, and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Ensure stock accuracy between physical inventory and system records, investigating and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
• Execute and support cycle counts and annual inventory activities in line with company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and support sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and store teams to ensure efficient product flow.
• Manage inter-store transfers, customer returns, repairs, and other stock movements.
• Maintain an organized, secure, and efficient stockroom in accordance with brand standards.
• Track stock-related KPIs and support the preparation of inventory reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of stock management processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in stock management or inventory control within the luxury, premium, or fashion retail sector. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This opportunity is suited to a professional with:
• Strong knowledge of stock management and inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with IT systems and digital tools used to support retail operations.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Fluent Spanish and good English skills.
