About this role
Facilitates youth recreational activities by supervising, participating, or teaching.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Attends scheduled program hours and devotes time to direct interaction and supervision with the youth and Boys Town employees, guests, and visitors.
• Assists in programs such as intramural sports, community retreats, and open recreation time with the goal of building a positive community and building positive relationships with BT youth
• Assists in keeping the Fieldhouse a safe and secure facility by monitoring youth, keeping accurate attendance records, making sure t
