• Conduct arrangement for proposing new policy and policy renewal according to the needs of organization. • Ensure policy compliance with valid government regulation. • Maintain up to date working knowledge of current legislation in the human capital area. • Suggest employment policies and practices renewal related to human capital. • Support evaluation process and review current employment policy. Ensure its validity to current condition in the organization (e.g., employee handbook, PKWT, etc.). • Propose employment policy adjustment and changes as required. • Modify the organization’s valid employment policy according to agreed changes. • Maintain and update employment policy documentation. • Participate in monitoring program compliance and work with Human Capital Relationship departments and BINUS leaders to drive compliance throughout the company. • Conduct activities in of employee legal document arrangement (legal drafting, legal action and legal documents). • Provide advice on general legal issue to all employees. • Analyze various legal issues and render an opinion. • Conduct drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents related to human capital. • Maintain up to date working knowledge of current legislation in the human resources area. • Provide input to improve current BINUS’s Legal condition in the field of Employee Relations. • Provide legal advice and counsel related to reviewing and drafting legal document to accommodate employment Legal activities. • Contributing to the internal sharing session activity in Employee Relations. • Work closely with other units in the areas of employee legal (legal drafting, legal action and legal documents) in the development of company-wide strategies, policies, and practices related to human capital, design, development and/or enhancement of the company’s employment legal. • Maintain good working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization. • Management Support Activities: o Provide Report to direct Supervisor. o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). o Perform activities related to Quality Management System. o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor. Education Requirement: • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), majored in Law Work Exposure/ Experience: • Minimum 2 years working experience Special Skills/ Certification: • Knowledge in legal drafting arrangement and manpower government regulation • Knowledge in company’s employee legal documents • Understands ethical and moral principles consistent with the mission and values of the organization If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
