Fuel your passion Our team defines the strategic roadmap to deliver holistic carbon management solutions, scouts for innovative technologies to expand our portfolio of technologies and solutions, manages technology development programs, originates new opportunities, and leads early customers engagement. The CCUS Solution Architect is responsible for leading the development of opportunities in CCUS applications on a worldwide basis, working closely with the Demand Generation Managers, the sales team, the engineering team as well as with the regional organizations, in order to execute new business models and technologies as well as lead pilot projects opportunities. You will lead and coordinate the demand generation and creation of a solid pipeline of opportunities focusing on CO2 capture, CO2 compression, CO2 pumping, CO2 liquefaction, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize innovative technologies, solutions, and business models.
As a CCUS Solution Architect (Global), you will support global opportunities by:
• Partnering with the sales team and regional organizations to implement customer engagement and product commercialization strategies during the early phases of project development.
• Liaising with engineering teams to define the appropriate technology, equipment, and solutions portfolio for identified projects, and coordinate the cross-functional support required for budget proposals.
• Coordinating and support technology qualification efforts with customers, EPCs, technology licensors, and other stakeholders.
• Leading cost-estimating activities for all solutions while collaborating with other Solution Architects and Demand Generation Managers to ensure a consistent approach across opportunities, with a focus on AACE Class 4 and Class 5 studies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities and cost estimating tools.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas and Industrial markets, preferably in roles such as proposal manager, cost estimator and process/plant design.
• Consolidated experience in proposal preparation and cost estimating in accordance with AACE.
• Background in technology licensing and/or EPC contracting; knowledge of CO2 capture, CO2 compression, CO2 pumping, and CO2 liquefaction technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with an inclusive team-oriented approach and the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently using own initiative.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

For Italy: The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 72,000 To 99,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay
